Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with The Vitomi. Due to the nature of our products, which primarily consist of vitamin gummies and other dietary supplements, we have specific return guidelines to ensure product quality and safety. Please review our policy carefully.
1. Return Window
We offer a strict 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. After 14 days, we cannot accept any returns or issue any refunds, regardless of the circumstances.
2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, all the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any items where the seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.
- The product must be in a re-sellable condition, with no signs of tampering or damage to the packaging.
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- The return must be pre-authorized by us before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Note: We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at thevitomi@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without prior authorization or outside the 14-day return window will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the consumable nature of our products, the following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Opened or partially used items (including any vitamin gummies or supplements where the seal has been broken).
- Items past their expiration date.
- Products that have been tampered with or show signs of use.
- Personalized or custom products.
- Items marked as "final sale" or discounted products.
- Gift cards.
- Products that require specific storage conditions once opened (e.g., refrigeration).
We do not offer returns on these items under any circumstances. Please carefully consider your purchase before completing your transaction.
5. Damages and Defects
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us at thevitomi@gmail.com with photos and a detailed description of the issue.
Important: Claims made after the 48-hour window will not be considered. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify the damage or defect claim and may require you to return the defective item at our cost for inspection.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are not available due to the consumable nature of our products. If you wish to receive a different product, you must return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Refunds
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by us. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 30 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 30 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received a refund, please contact us at thevitomi@gmail.com.
8. Costs of Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
9. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right under EU law to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. However, to be eligible for a return under the cooling-off period, the item must remain in its original, unopened, and sealed condition as described above.
Important: This right does not apply to non-returnable items as specified in Section 4 or any products that have been opened, used, or otherwise compromised.
10. Final Discretion
All return and refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of The Vitomi. We reserve the right to modify or amend this policy at any time without notice.
