The Vitomi is not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery. We do not guarantee any delivery dates or times. Any delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics, do not entitle you to a refund or order cancellation.
1.5 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Processing times are separate from shipping times and are not included in the shipping time estimates provided at checkout.
1.6 Address Accuracy
Please ensure all delivery information is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
1.7 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or any other reason, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package. If you choose not to have the package reshipped, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or deny a refund altogether.
1.8 International Shipping
For international orders, additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any customs delays or charges.
